Hello everyone,

A very sweet and kind friend of mine recently had surgery to 'correct' her protruding jaw. The operation didn't go too well and now her mouth has to be wired shut for several weeks. It's already been a few weeks. She also has lost all sensation in her lower lip and chin. It breaks my heart that she cries when she sees people eat, while she has to suck the thinnest of soups through a straw - messily as well, due to the lack of nerve feeling.

I really feel for her, she looks so sad all of the time and feels very hungry as you can imagine.

So I'm asking if anyone can send out some healing to her.

Thank you,

Tiger.

I've sent Love, Light and Healing to your friend, Tigerlily. Do hope she recovers soon.

It is vital for her healing to get adequate nourishment for her recovery. Without the building blocks (from food) it will be difficult for her body to repair itself. Please try and get her some freshly juiced (not bought ready made) vegetables, fruit and sprouted seeds like lentils, aduki and mung beans and alfalfa, which are full of vitamins, minerals and enzymes. She will need a juicer for this. They will need to be drunk within half an hour of making, but any extra can be frozen immediately in an ice cube tray for later use. Perhaps one of those 'curly' straws would be easier to use than a straight one.

Smoothies made with fresh ingredients would also be nourishing, especially with finely ground seeds or nuts in them. Whey and/or pea proteins can be added to the drinks or soups. They are available in powder form from health food shops. When my mother couldn't eat she was given a made-up 'plastic mixture' (her description) from the Dr which she couldn't stomach - I looked at the ingredients and it was mostly sugar 😮 - useless!!!

There are some properly balanced liquid 'meals' available - formulated mostly for weight loss, but that depends on how much you have and it is nutritionally sound and has all the essential vitamins and minerals. If you are interested PM me and I can give you a number to call. They have a nutritionist you can speak to for advice, too.

I would also suggest she has someone help her with some EFT - certainly her misery at her current situation could be helped. Look on HP Directory or on www.aamet.org for a practitioner near her.

Hope she recovers soon

Love and Light

Caroline

To inform, there can be non-surgical way to draw the jaw back in Su-jok, like for opening the bronches wider for asthma
sufferers.
