The ringing might be tinnitus if you have been around loud sounds for a long time, but here's hoping it's just the aftermath of your perforation! You have already received very good advice from other members so I will send you lots of love and Reiki healing energy to aid your healing (and remember - nothing smaller than your ELBOW should ever be in your ears!!).

Hey Angel, thanks a lot! I really hope it is aftermath, the fact that it's not really going on in my right ear makes me feel optimistic. I have definitely learnt my lesson about putting things in my ears, does that include earplugs too? Because I need some way of protecting my hearing on stage.
Glad you like my name, it's a family thing as my dad, grandad and at least great grandad all have the same name.
