Hi Everyone

some of you have probley read some of my posts and will see i have just lost another baby to missed misscarage, (3rd misscarage) I should be greatful that i have 4 beautiful healthy children, but i cant help feeling that everything i belived in doesnt exist? I prayed so much that this baby would be ok after i had a miscarrage back in may this year, and so many people prayed for me too but it still happened. I also belived that we chose our lifes, but i couldnt emagine why i would keep causingmyself so much upset. What can i learn from this? Its been a very hard year this year with myself and family members in and out of hospital but i had the strenght to carry on, im finding it really hard to pick myself back up this time.
Im still carrying the baby at the moment as i decided not to have a d&c this time and to let it happen naturally. I did belive there was one more soul that would be part of our family but now im not sure what i belive anymore.:(

RE: losing faith

So sorry to hear of your trauma. Even though you do have four children it doesn't lessen the pain that you've lost another little soul.

I believe there is a reason for everything (good and bad) and that we are not meant to know all the answers. Even though your suffering doesn't make sense to you now- you are strong and you will come through this ok. Give yourself time to heal,

Sending you angel hugs, love and belssings,

Love Twink x

RE: losing faith

Dear Dreamer,

Words are inadequate to try to fill the void you must be feeling, but one thing I do know, is that that seeming void is already filled with divine Love. Love is all around you, supporting you. I pray that you will be able to feel the peace and love of the Comforter.

Trying to ask ourselves "Why did this happen to me?" etc is like asking "Why does 2+2=5?" It's the wrong question and there isn't an answer. The only answer is to move forward, bit by bit, to acknowledge that the identity of your little one is eternal and that you can never be separated from good. To see the good that is present each day and to magnify it.

This might sound trite, but many people have been able to rise above grief and suffering by turning to the arms of divine Love. Contrary to much general thought, I do not believe for one moment that it is ever God (who is Life itself) that takes away life.

I found these two articles in www.spirituality.com that I hope you will find comforting:
Here are a couple of articles from www.spirituality.com which might encourage you.

Christmas blooms in the desert (this is about one woman's experience after she lost her mother and learned that good never dies)

What’s behind the desire to have children? In its purest form, it goes deeper than biological need or wanting to continue family lines. It’s actually the human heart’s longing to express innate spiritual qualities, such as love, selflessness, patience, and care...................

Even the wish—or sometimes, the pressure—to continue a family actually has spiritual underpinnings. At the base of it is a desire to perpetuate good. This is divine Love’s activity.

The good that has come to your family cannot be lost. The identity of your little one lives on eternally.

Love and peace,

Judy
