And yes, big supermarkets sell Rescue Remedy - I always keep some in my bag - and it comes as pastilles too now.

Thanks to you too my friend. Unfortunately my face took the full force of the case falling, so am still feeling the effects but sooooo much better today than yesterday when I was in shock. Reiki has helped too.
BTW, Glad all went fine for you and Crabbie at yesterday's funeral - I was thinking of you both. I hope you can now look forward to a well earned holiday in the sun. You both deserve it.
