Alongside inflicting their short temper on me my abuser also preyed on, targeted and attacked my every vulnerability(including while I was suffering the recent trauma of watching my own mother starve herself to death)in exchange for me having loved them, taken it on the chin, turned the other cheek and bought their feeble excuses again and again and again and again until they finally destroyed my love for them which is when I was able to liberate myself from them.
They have even stooped to post a passive aggressive message on this forum about me as a means of attempting to further abuse me.
Now that you know these details I hope you can appreciate how priceless your support and my liberationactually are.

Keep being strong.
Abusers can be even more unpredictable when they realise they are losing their power over their victim. You have to try and let everything wash over you. It can be difficult I know..but you will get there.
Make sure you do something you're passionate about as often as you can. Keep lots of good vibrations flowing...it's like an invisible force field!
