Hi, i feel a bit selfish for this but am asking for a healing request for myself, i had a missed miscarriage in December and was devestated have been trying to conceive since and suspect this month that i had a very early miscarriage.

Also - you may wish to consider removing any bangles,bracelets,watches or ankle chains from your wrists and ankles. From a reflexology perspective these items sit right on top of your reproductive organ reflexes and can be a hinderance.

Oh pepperpixie I am so sorry to read the above. This is obviously a very painful time for you so sending you a big Reiki hug and lots of love and healing energy to help you grieve your losses. I too miscarried at an early stage of pregnancy over 25 years ago but I still do think of 'what would he/she have been like'? now and again, even though I went on to have two wonderful daughters.
