A warm hello
Could I please ask for healing for both my husband and myself. We are currently in a place I don't think is good for us. We are both very negative, depressed and tired all the time. Please help us see the light by sending positive healing messages. We would like to start some exercise(swimming and yoga) to help heal this heavy mood we always seem to be in and lift energy levels.
