Glad you are better now - it's surprising how much colds take it out of us. I had a bad one last year which took seven weeks to get rid of - since then I have been on lots of vitamins and echinacea. Hope you are better too Sunanda x
Thanks, guys. I finally got to see the practice nurse on Thursday and she gave me a prescription for antibiotics (a week's course.) I have to say that they haven't had any impact on my cough yet though and as I am in the middle of three long days of work I am feeling totally wiped out. LOL - the flat is an absolute tip; I just haven't even got the energy to pick anything up off the floor. But hopefully the antibiotics will kick in soon.

Hope you're both feeling well again now. I had something that sounds the same over Christmas/New Year, and it took a good 3 weeks to get it out of my system. It was 'orrible! Sending an angel ball of healing and comfort to you both.
