Thank you all so much for your kind messages and healing. I could feel the love and healing support me through the day and helped me stay strong for my daughters who were heart-broken. Over 200 hundred people attended the service and so many came to tell me what a difference my husband had made to their lives (he was a Community Development Officer). The service was very moving and personal, with a few laughs as we remembered his life. He is now in a bluebell wood designated for burials and I have the plot next to him. Eventually a tree will be planted between us and the woods will spread down the meadow. A very beautiful and restful place.
As I was waking this morning a ray of Sun came through the window before I opened my eyes and I was just thinking to myself what do I do now when I heard his voice in my head say "life goes on sweetheart" and I felt as if I had been 'released'? It gave me the strength to get through today and tomorrow we all go our seperate ways until Easter.
