for my mum please

hiah my mum has been going thru a tough time for quite a while now she has had health problems and been in an abusive relationship for about 3 years which she recently ended after her boyfriend hurt her physically...she is feeling really low and seems as down as i've seen her ever since my dad died in 2000. she doesnt want to see anyone or do anything and then she feels guilty for this because she has 4 children still at home...olivia 18months,kier 5,lili 13 and faye 15. im staying til the weekend to help but after that she doesnt have anyone to help her really and she could really do with a boost. if one or two people would be willing to add her to their healing lists and my siblings too that would be very much appreciated...i think more people than that might be counterproductive in the long run as i think some of these feelings are things she needs to feel as she has tried to surpress them for a long time(i might be misunderstanding the way healing works if i am then please feel free to let me know)... love and kind thanks anna
