Hi Star99
There's a vast positive difference in your tone from last night already, so you're definitely benefitting from the healing being sent your way (have sent some reiki both last night and this morning), but ultimately I just wanted to say that the hoovering and the dishes can remain undone - the list will forever go on, even if we do keep chipping at it day-in day-out.
Arrange some practical support from hubby or from friends, and take some proper time out for a couple of hours a day - it'll do the world of good to be able to sit and read, without all these other distractions going on.
Much love,
Gorseflower x

Thank you Gorseflower, yes I am slowly climbing out of that dark place, thank you kindly for the reiki healing.
I am a bit of a perfectionist and especially in the house and its the same thing day afer day.
Am going to a Reflexology workshop on Sunday and my daughter is on her way home so looking forward to some chilling,I honestly do not take enough time out for myself, feeling guilty when just 'being', another issue I have gathered form childhood, I feel some tapping to be done but not until next week. 🙂

I believe you are suffering from a deficiency of B vitamins, Star. A dose of B12 will give you an immediate boost. One can get a B12 injection from one's doctor, or buy B12 nasal gel or sub lingual B12. (Sub lingual tablets are dissolved under one's tongue.) B12 works most effectively when it goes directly into the bloodstream.

You actually need the entire B complex, but to be kicked out of the slump as quickly as possible B12 will start you off right. You can do an Internet search to learn which foods are lacking in your diet causing you to have a Vit. B deficiency. If nutrition through food is not your thing, you can buy Vit. B Complex supplements.
