Sometimes life throws us some uncomfortable situations that seem insurmountable but often these can be learning situations. We struggle to cope with them, then afterwards realise it allows one to empathise more easily with those who are struggling through similar situations.

hi ya, You are not selfish and you do have a place here, I feel so low at moment. forceing myself to be movate myself and the only way im gettn through it is to force my self to smile and be happy. Try to find postive and i can tell you at the moment im so angery all the time and fed up. fight your negative thought turn them into postive do something you are good at and if u need some one to talk to me private message me and i will listen sometimes its just tell people how u feel can make the diffrence i no it helps me.

Why be nice all the time. Who says we have to be nice and happy all the time? Like some how you are breaking some rule of living or something. It's good and healthy to admit you are not feeling 100%.
How many people do you know that is always happy, always smiling, always 100% connected spirituality, have amazing health, never have a cold, have children that never scream, have perfect aligned shiny white teeth, and never farted a stinker?
Sometimes in life there is a need to stand up and shout "F**K IT!!!"
