Hi bbd,
I am sending you warm and caring thoughts as well. I completely understand how you feel. I lost my son 14 yrs ago. His birthday is tomorrow feb 20. He would be 18 if he had lived.
He was only expected to live a few months when he was born, but he gave us 4 wonderful years. He was a little trooper. I miss him everyday, and yes it is hard around his birthday as well as the day we lost him, but I have good memories that I hold on to and I will always appreciate that.
