ok we have been told it is like the viral strain herpes, you know what causes cold sores, but it also causes inflamation of the brain and they think this is what it is, they took a lumber puncture today and the results dont come in for 48 hours, the poor mite had to lie on her tummy or flat because of this.just hope she will come home soon.

my poor little mite is still in hospital she only had one seizure when i was there today, but she now screams when she sees the hospital staff, she has had so many needles stuck in her. i was the only one she settled with today she fell asleep in my arms when she got her medicine, it goes in by drip and takes an hour. today though she was more lively,and the staff knew she did not like them much. she was eating well today, so i am taking roast beef dinners in for them tomorrow, my daughter has not had a hot meal since tuesday she did not know that they had a mike on the ward.

my little lamb could be in hospital for three weeks, she needs antibiotics intervensly, she is going to get the candula put in again tonight but if it does not work then she will have to have a general to have one put in. she needs another lumber puncture tonight as the results were not clear. the viral thing she has if not treated quickly can cause brain damage, so please h pers send lots of healing to my little meg
