Do you use any products on your hair that then need washing out?
here's the other thing! Since I've 'gone au naturel' I haven't needed products. My hair has naturally thickened up - I guess because I'm not washing layers of oil out??
I used to use mousse, gel AND hairspray - now nothing!

Sounds good. I'm trying to get away from toxic crap being absorbed by my skin - have even got supplies of natural non-toxic make up as well as toiletries. But with my limp hair haven't dared go without my hair gunk![&:] Might see how it goes this week, will try your suggestions 1st and might try stretching an extra day between washes bit by bit.
