am I doing enough?

On the subject of living as green a life as possible or even just making some changes I thought about what I do and what I dont do maybe.
I have used energy saving light bulbs since I moved into my flat 10 years ago, in fact the lightblubs are still going strong. I recycle my glass bottles, jars and cans, both food and drink. I dont have a bin for recycling paper but I take that to my mums. I give old clothes to charity shops, I also give magazines and I buy clothes and books from charity shops.
I use ecover products and have just started using soapods. I have just changed over my gas and electricity supply to renewable energy. I use public transport which is easy as I dont drive, I rarely fly as I dont like it.
I bought ethical and fair trade gifts for friends and family this Christmas, I recycle my Christmas cards and indeed my gift bags. I also asked where possible for ethical presents.
I use a sport water bottle which is refillable and I take this to the gym to cut down on the bottles that I use. I have a hippo device in my cistern. I try and use essential oils and tea tree to clean.
I also rarely eat meat products. I use toilet roll made from recycled paper and my cats use litter made from recycled paper.

The things that I would like to do and dont do are

Recycle plastic, there is no facility near me and I have no idea where to go
Buy fresh and localproduce. Again I am restricted to using supermarkets due to where I live and the fact that I dont drive.
Buy more fair trade clothing, I am afraid that the only fair trade stuff that I buy is online and price is a large factor in being able to buy more ethical clothing.
I'm still not sure that I am doing enough.

RE: am I doing enough?

It certainly looks like you are doing enough!
A couple of questions; the first for my information and the last one is for you to read more about.
Do you have any organic grocers online that will deliver? I know that here (New Zealand) we have organic butchers and green grocers that you can order from and deliver. If you like meat that is a good way to eat it. I esp only eat truely free range eggs and pork as I hate how those animals esp are kept and raised.
How do you have a renewable gas supply? (seriously)
And the question is have you researched recycling? To the best that I have been able to find it is only really of benefit at this stage to recycle glass and aluminium. This is due to the quite polluting activity of tthe extra transporting, sorting and energy use to actually recycle. Paper esp is grown from sustainable forests. And the chemicals that is used in the recycling process can be generally hazardous. Also some older glass plants use a lot of caustic chemicals to clean the glass before it is able to be recycled.
Also do you have a compost heap?

And how are the soapods going? I have never heard of them before, but plan to do some checking.

RE: am I doing enough?

I dont have a compost heap, I live in a flat, as far as I am aware the gas and electricity I now use comes from a renewable source, most of the big companies over here are promoting "green" energy. I do have access to organic food but its pretty few and far between. I am unsure about organic stores that deliver, I would be surprised, however, there are a couple of vegan and organic cafes in the nearest big city to me and they have food shops attached.
The soapods are going well, I plan to get ecoballs next after they are done. I have recycled on and off for a number of years, but I take your point about paper, I just hate throwing paper and card out, I have a few ideas what to do with spare newspaper though, from tips from a green magazine.
I dont like meat but I do also eat free range eggs and try and drink vegan and veggie wine as well.
