Today I watched Hairspray, which I totally love. It's a feel good movie and is one of my most favourite musicals.

I also watched No Country For Old Men, I don't really like violent movies that much. This one was OK, but the ending was rubbish and I'm not keen on movies about murder.

films

Just finished watching Prince Caspian on dvd. Good but fairly violent. Last saw Yes Man at the pictures - quite good, but could have been funnier. Before that it was The Day The Earth Stood Still - was good. We've still got Nicholas Cage in Bangkok Dangerous to watch, but probably a bit late now, so will probably watch it tomorrow.

Bedtime Stories with Adam Sandler, not bad, typical Adam Sandler stuff and The Day The Earth Stood Still, very strange movie, wasn't my thing.

Beowulf last night, absolutely wonderful.

I've come to kill your monsta!

Who needs Arthur when we've got Beowulf?

love close-encounters of third kind, apt because of my own close-encounters. anything Vampirish does for me. The Film, Necronomicon, follows Howerd Phillips lovecraft Interpretations quite brilliantly. Sex/romantic films are a waste of time. Bruce lee was brilliant, beats more recent martial-arts films. finally only ever watched "UFO", actual film tital once ( 38yrs ago) since then the ministry of defence have removed it from the screen, I leave you to wonder why.
