RE: white feathers

I do think feathers are a sign and to be honest their is no reason why id find them in my RE classroom! Definatley a sign for me and it provides comfort.

If you feel feathers are angelic that's fine, as for the pennies from heaven it doesnt matter how we know our angels are around its we pick it up for ourselves in whatever guise. love oggs xxx (PSs my ofsted inspector last year was an angel in disguise, as i feel angels walk amongst us)

RE: white feathers

Often an explanation of an opposing viewpoint seems to be a further attempt to convince. I have been told previously, by my own children, that this is how it feels. Therefore, I bow to that point of view.

I am also aware of how sensitive some are when beliefs come into question, but I don’t see that the rules of the forum state that only opinions in agreement can be posted.

...just whatch out for being judgmental;)

And why is it pence in the UK and pennies in the US?

Who knows.....perhaps Americans are just plain greedy;););)

As to judgment—by today’s exchange rate a UK pence is worth nearly two US pennies (1.73), so greedy doesn’t apply to Americans in this case.

RE: white feathers

I don't find white feathers as such, but ones from my favourite or totem birds. Just last week I was thinking I'd like a feather from a magpie - very rare to find - and there was one by the back door step the next day! 😀 I found a tiny one of the study floor yesterday too.

It's sad that your feather signs are linked to sad events, Amy. Mine are always little joyful reminders and I hope future ones are for you too.

Blessings

RE: white feathers

Just caught up with this thread. Strangely, I, too, had noticed more white feathers around. I was always a bit sceptical about the angel visitation explanations but, as it was happening at a time when there have been unusual energies as well - I have to say I have found myself thinking there is some truth to the belief.
Must say, I have had small feathers appearing in the house without explanation. My son is asthmatic so I don't do feathers....
Anyway, I'd rather have a feather settle gently on my head than be bashed on the bonce by a falling penny!

With love
Glenys
