RE: white feathers

Absolutely, Amy, Angels are letting you know they are around. Do you need to know they're around? Is something concerning you and you need that extra Angel hug?

Whenever I see white feathers everywhere, I know it is the Angels letting me know they are out in force - even if it doesn't seem that way. When I have white feathers in enclosed spaces, where there couldn't possibly be any feathers and yet one appears in front of me or falls from above right in front of me, I know it is a personal message of love and confirmation.

There has been some very 'strange' energy around over the last couple of weeks and I, too have noticed many white feathers.

RE: white feathers

Hi Amy,

My apologies if I made you feel stupid. It was not my intent, but I find that feathers are always a result of birds. They fall from birds frequently in summer and fall when they molt. They are blown or tracked into buildings. They escape from the ticking of the pillow.

Now, associating feathers with the presence of Spirit does no harm, certainly. But I can make that same association when I see an ant, a deer, or hear a bell chime. The source of the reminder is not important, my awareness of Spirit is and the joy in that awareness.

The belief that angels have feathers leads to the assumption that if we see a feather it must have come from an angel. There is also a story that angels drop pennies for us, as well. I would like to know, though, if an angel is going to provide me with a penny or a feather, why not give me something more useful? And why is it pence in the UK and pennies in the US? Why not some unquestionably angelic form of coin?

The best part of the story is not in magical thinking, but in the constant reminders that Spirit, in whatever form you want to accept, is around us and participating with us in life at every moment of every day—even when hawks kill songbirds. Life is a continuum of experience.

With Love, Nancy

Oh Nancy, you make me smile. First you apologise to Amy and then you tell her why you are right. It almost feels as if you are saying "don't be such a silly girl".

Well, Nancy, I agree that Angels do not have feathers. It is my understanding that they are on such a high frequency, that they vibrate so quickly and that makes it seem as if they have wings. That, of course, is when they show themselves to us as we 'expect' to see them. I have been working with the angelic realms for a number of years and it has been a joy to progress under their guidance. At first I saw huge beings which I recognised as Angels, (because of pre-conditioning) and then they showed themselves to me in many guises. Finally, I reached a more complete understanding and now know them only by their energy - as they know me by mine and yours by yours. However, in my experience, they do send white feathers - and sometimes they materialise them, for a specific purpose. The Angels know us well and so we receive only what we will accept. Many of us accept white feathers as a sign from the Angels. For you it may just be feathers from birds. Judgment of either is really not helpful. We each have our own way of connecting with spirit - some work shamanically, some work with Guides and some work with Angels and Ascended Masters. If Amy has agreed to work with Angels, they could well be letting her know she is ready to connect. They may not be and it isn't for me to judge. Only Amy knows that and only Amy knows where on her spiritual path she is.

Your path is right for you and I hope you enjoy your journey. Others have a different path, so please allow them to walk it without attempting to make them
feel 'inferior' in any way simply because you feel you have more information. My feelings are that we are all heading in the same direction and there is room for everyone on the mountain - no matter what their belief or spiritual standing. It isn't a race is it? Isn't it just a gentle amble along a path of learning and growing - and an offer of a helping hand when someone stumbles, as we all do.

I love birds, particularly Owl, so I hope you enjoy your feathered friends and their gifts to you - and, if not, you could always collect them and stuff a pillow with them!

With Love

RE: white feathers

Amy - I've just caught up with this thread. I noticed a lot of white feathers a couple of weeks ago, and for whatever reason they were there, Angels or moulting birds, I kept them and put them with my Angel Cards (which one day I'll learn how to use!). It's good to know we are surrounded by nature and the Angelic Realm.

RE: white feathers

Hi Nancy...I'm sure you don't need to be told there was no need to apologise;)..maybe I should of explained a bit more indepth about white feathers...firstly...I don't see a white feather as I'm walking along & think "Oh how blessed I am...an Angel is with me" & discount the dead dove in the gutter a foot away...nor do I wake in the morning to find a feather in my hair & think I have been visited in the night by an Angel...forgetting that I sleep on a feather pillow...I understand what your saying...disernment is a very good quaility to have...just whatch out for being judgmental;)

but I find that feathers are always a result of birds. They fall from birds frequently in summer and fall when they molt. They are blown or tracked into buildings. They escape from the ticking of the pillow.

I can't explain the feather that fell on me whilst I was in the bath...I have no pillows or birds in my bathroom...but a lovelly small white feather fell on me no the less....

Now, associating feathers with the presence of Spirit does no harm, certainly. But I can make that same association when I see an ant, a deer, or hear a bell chime. The source of the reminder is not important, my awareness of Spirit is and the joy in that awareness.

Maybe to some of us beginners (& we're all beginners Nancy....no one has all the answers...some may think they no more then others...it's for ourselves to find the answers...not for someone else to tell us what those answers are!!) it's about association...what catches our eyes & reminds us of our connection with spirit, be it an feather, a dream, a smell, clouds, a feeling........my question was asked because of all the changes that are happening right now...I was interested to see if others where seeing an increase in signs too.....but, with a sad heart I now now it was for me, today I held my cat whilst she died, the last time I had this many feathers appeared a lovelly friend of mine died...so maybe theres my message & I will note it if it happens again...not the dead birds in the gutter of course

And why is it pence in the UK and pennies in the US?

Who knows.....perhaps Americans are just plain greedy;););)

Thanks Angel Quartz[sm=hug.gif] & Sharon & Aldebaran
Love
Amy
