What is going on?

I felt I had to write a post as I wondered if anybody could answer a question... Over the last 3-4 weeks I have felt very excited about my future and really feel deep inside that life is just beginning for me, I feel I have lots to learn and will start to experience some great things in the future..... The thing is, I've heard others talking about it too.... so what is going on..... is it something to do with our spirits? The planets? As I'm new to all of this I just thought maybe something was going on that I didn't know about :D Thanks
