I hope ive put this in the right thread.
Well what can isay apart from i have a spirit guide who is extremely fit n healthy?!
last night i driftde off to sleep and within an already set dream there was a chinese/japanese man outside a window jogging on the spot, waiting for me to go jogging with him. He came inside to where my dream was taking place and was doing split kicks and his legs were flying down either side of my body-this he was repeating, and i remember feeling a nice unafraid feeling like his legs were stroking me withcalmness. I knew he wasnt going to kick into me, altough at first it was a slight shock when he first started kicking.
I woke up and went to the Loo and for some reason it just popped into my head- Is this my Spirit Guide at the moment? and Yes was the answer I felt strongly and it felt like it was the right time to be introduced.
I do wonder whether it could be me just thinking it- but everytime i question it today, its like he pops into my head and shakes his head and i can visualise him speaking to me saying- No this isnt just you thinking it- this is really happening. And i can sense it strongly which is an amazingly exciting feeling.
Can anyone let me know what feel about this?
Plus it is tru you can have more than one guide with you at a time isnt it?
Also I was told a few years ago i had a strong male guide around me, but I dont know if its the same one that i have now- and as im writing this im getting thim shaking his head No- to me, so its obviously not the same one!! He he.
Ive never had anything like this so strong ly before so its quite strange.
Is it right that i can visualise him in my mind like im watching telly??????

Ahh Lanto is up to his tricks again:D As that is the name I got of the one that came to you. he is an ascended master so worth while looking him up in a book or on the net.
Yes you can have more than one guide, there is no set ammount of guides you cna have at one time. Guides come in to tech and guide us and when we have learned it then another guide comes in of a higher vibration, and so it goes on.
Not to mention we have animal guides and angels too:)

I totally agree with Ithar - clearly you're meeting someone who's there to teach you at this time. I have 3 guides that I know about and have had others who dip in and out from time to time. Although I see to have one main guide and she's been with me all my life (she tells me!).
They do tend to pop in and talk to you at the most inopportune moments - I remember Ithar making a comment a week or so ago about how they pop in when you're in the loo - don't they just! I kind of draw the line at other intimate moments too! LOL
It's great that you're guide is becoming so active in your life - it may well be that bigger things are on the way for you and your guides are preparing for them..... Can I suggest that you meditate and talk to him (and the others) regularly. You'll find that a couple of others around you are there because of their skills specialty to help you hone yours. I'm also hearing energy transference in my head at the moment so have a think about what that might mean for you too.
