Hi all this is a true life account of me linking into one of my past asepcts I do believe u will find it interesting:)

With gown that flows around her ranking her as a high priestess, feet bare upon the dew soaked grass
Ithar descends the crest of the hill, her arms raised in offering to the Goddess.
In her hands a small bowl of burning incense, the smoke of which spiralled and wafted into the night. The night was lit with many stars and constellations, the soft wind played with her raven black her dancing across her face time to time as she continued to descend the small hill and onto a section of flat land, before her jutting from the landscape was a stone altar, the moon sending the mystery of it into her vision. Smiling softly she steps forward head lowered in respect to the deity she was paying homage to. Placing the small bowl upon the flat section of rock that crossed from left to right in one complete slab, she then steps back. Hands rose to her heart chakra and placed together in the position of prayer and silent regard.

By the offering of burning incense were fresh flowers, picked from the valley and of her garden their delicate scent mixing with the sage that smoked and glowed red with perpetual heat. Looking around now, her eyes lingering upon the full moon and the unearthly light it reflected over the lake and of her, again she smiles. Her dress cut close to her body and over one shoulder, the golden sash around her waist, marked with symbols of the moon goddess and the earth goddess. A simply silver athame at her right hand side was sheathed and she drew it forth, the blade glinting as the light picked up on the polished metal, the hilt clenched in her finger tips, the blade coming down upon the earth she had prepared earlier in the day and draws a pentagram. A gold chalice in its centre containing freshly pressed wine and herbs she had selectively picked over the passing days, which led to the full moon.
Her lips mumbled an ancient incantation, both hands now out stretched towards the ethereal light and the full face of the moon goddess, which seemed to look down at her with an acknowledging eye and presence. Picking up the chalice the plunges the athane into it a final few words said in reverence before then offering the cup to all four directions and to the four elements Earth wind fire and water.
Turning now so that her back is facing the ancient altar she looks upon the young couple in front of her. Seeing the faces as she recognises them, she nods and approaches, Placing one hand upon the young mans head, and her bows it accordingly. Again she speaks, speaks to the wind and to the one she worships. Asking that the ceremony that was taking place be blessed and acknowledged by the divine and by the lord himself. She then looks to the woman questions asked and then answered truthfully.
Seeming pleased with the words that were uttered from both she bows and brings forth a cord, the cord platted from silk and twine, she wraps it around bother their hands to their wrists. Is a spiral pattern. Asking once more for the goddess to look upon the young couple and to bless them with love let the relationship flourish in her name and in their own name,
Standing back now, a smile broadening on her lips regarding the young couple with new found respect and knowing, she picks up the goblet from the silken cushion of one of her servants. Offering it to them
The woman’s dress was made from fine cotton, flowers platted in her hair and entwined beautifully. A pendant of the eternal goddess at her throat. Looking between the two and as the man sips from the chalice and says a few words, and then offers it to the bride, who takes a sip and looks to the man. Saying their vows to one another.
Ithar acknowledges them to the Goddess and to the God before completing the ceremony
The sun was now slowly rising shards of orange and red hues spreading across the sky the moon seeming happy within the sky, as the sun comes up to the horizon. And for a moment it seems as if the sun
