i can remember the time I was listening to the tape life journey and she said find your sacred place where you feel safe and it just hit me like I got it the whole world is my safe place and every one on it and there is know place I have to go to be with them they are all ways here
To me the light you speak walk on us all and seen in the eyes of every awesome person the white glow that sits around every thing on this planet
Thay send white light in a energy I feel and send it out to others that awesome energy that sits in love and compassion and the joy that i feel
The energy centers in my hands and feet start up and the head gets all light like I have no top to my head like a light breeze it an awesome feeling
The love and compassion that fills you up and the buzz from the energy as it just pass out the hands and it goes I dont real care I get of on the energy fix ha ha walk in a natural hi for a while
To me the light walks on us all and seen in the eyes of every awesome person the white glow that sits around every thing on this planet

Ok i'll start this storie involves my daughter & her first meditation...... It was guided by me As I watched her I could se her eyes moving like she was really seeing and feeling the experience she spoke of it for weeks after.........Iv'e just taken my 7 yr old daughter on her first journey /meditation.

Well hunni you're very much entitled to your opinion. Thank you for sharing it. Don't be sad tho my daughter is a well balanced child with her own mind and trust me she uses it. if it wasn't right for her she wouldn't of allowed it. Her mind is not full of such stuff there is a lot of other stuff going on too she has an IQ of around 130 A strong will & wont be influanced by thats which is not right to her.There is nothing sad about maintaining the innocence of a child that connects us all to god. There is nothing sad about helping a child clear all her clutter that darkens her world & by doing sop allowes her light to shine. There is nothing sad about giving my child some of the tools to cope in the world.
There is however IMO a lot to be said for keeping the doors of spiritual truth locked and keeping her world in darkness because other people may think i'm sad... the whole experience had a very positive effect on her. never let go of or take away the innocence of a child. their light shines brightly and with unconditional love. if some people can't cope with this light .. just as some can't cope with the dark then that to me is whats sad. ** We should never underestimate the vastness of a childs mind , We should never underestimate the wonder & knowledge of these minds. They hold a lot more than we give them credit for So much so If we allow our children to stay open Minded & to flourish we cannot Fill a childs mind with anything.**
