hi there.
How do i find out who is my 'helper' or 'guardian' .[sm=hug.gif]sometimes when i feel over whelmed or low i would like to 'tune in' to a peaceful place but my mind is a like a wasps nest! I would love to find a person in the 'spirit' or angelic worlds that is there for me, to help me be still and think with clarity and love.
do any of you do that,? help to find that is,

I bought a really good book that explains and shows you how to tune in to 'Angels'
Its by Angela McGerr - A Harmony of Angels'
And since I have been reading it, I can feel a difference around me. I got it on amazon in the second hand book section for a few pounds.

thanks for replying. I have a couple of Angel books that i have read but i just cant tunein, i cant do it on my own, they do say when your ready a teacher will appear, maybe ive just got to wait for somehelp.

The responce to this is, for you to work on your confidence, Your angels are with you all the time, just because tyou can not tune in does not mean to say they are not there.
You do not have to meditate either.
Go outside in the garden or go for a walk, some where you like to go. There they will be even more close to yoy.
When you go out and have fun, laughing brings them closer to you
As you may already know Angels and guides can not interfear with free will. Simply ask them into your life to help and guide you. And they will!
Its a steady process that takes time and patience, you simply are not going to get all the answers at once, it does not work like that.
When you DO try to tune in do it for a couple of minutes, then five, work it like that.
Write a letter to your angels, tell them how you feel and what makes you sad, what makes you angery. Then burn in
Make a shopping list
Write down one side what you would get from the shop you go to, and on the other side write down what you would like from the angels. keep this near.
Could spiritual understanding
Love.comapssion
New house
Car
New wardrobe.
This is just an example, if it is needed in the divine rite way then it will come to you.
I feel you really need to write things down, and communicate like that, then slowly build up the time from when you can tune in/meditate.
