Have been on a few preggie forum sites this morning and I've noticed that a lot of people seem to view babies being born on full moon significant - anyone know why? Just a curiosity question really.

Sam, I can be wrong, but I think one of the beliefs is that when a child is born on Full Moon it will be very psychic. But if you really go into it then each day of full moon should have a different meaning for the child who is born on it...

Hey Sam,
If your baby is due round about now it's more likely to come on time. (or so I've been told). I came bang on my due date and that was full moon, as did my best friend's son. Women's natural cycles are supposed to be strongly linked to the moon, and a woman's intuition (or psychic ability) is said to be strongest around the time of the full moon. If your baby does come this week, then the full moon should give you strength for the birth. This is truly a woman's time - lucky you! (Sorry about the ouchy part though). Mine is due full moon too, 22nd May.
