I am a bit confused about whether clearing, balancing, healing and opening the chakras are all one and the same thing. Apparently my lower 3 chakras are underactive and I'm not really sure which one of the above I should try. Please could someone advise me. Thanks.

Ok first thing is first, I have posted some exercises on claring the chakras, I suggest you wirk through them at your own pace. ( meditation board)
Its ok that you have been told but what do you feel is the truth. Now when you have a quiet moment, simply channel while light through your chakras and give them some healing. Ask your guides and angels to come in to help you. ( and they will)
Take your time, if u feel there is a block be patient and work on them

Thanks for the reply. I tried one of the chakra healing meditations (the one using the green healing light) and really enjoyed doing it. The results were:
crown - ok, lovely floaty feeling
third eye - ok, floaty feeling again
throat - circle of spikes with sparks flying off ??
heart - ok, nice floaty feeling
solar plexus - felt like a large space with no structure. Space full of blue colour - felt quite uncomfortable, got very hot
sacral - sensed a hard ball, imagined it like a fresh sprout! Small space.
root - sensed a hard ball, imagined it like an acorn! Small space.
I don't know what any of this means but I stayed with the chakras that seemed to need healing until they felt better. Overall, I felt a lot of benefit. Do you think I should do this every day for a while?

yep you need to work on them, ask for the silver violet flame and Archangel Raphiel to help.
Take your time and you should see and feel a difference in a few weeks
