I have been doing my own tarot readings for about 18 months now and my friend has asked if I'll do hers. Please could anyone help with with what I need to do for this? Is she allowed to touch my cards or not because a friend of mine said no one else should because they're sacred. Yet another person said it's fine! I'm really confused now.

Hiya Jos, when it comes to wether or not you allow someone esle to shuffle cards is up to you, many people simply don't like other people to shuffle the cards because they can be too rough with them:mad:...but try and listen to your intiution, wether or not you want the person you're reading for to hold the cards for a bit or even shuffle them too...so long as you listen to your 'self' you won't go far wrong;)

When reading for someone else go with whatever comes into your head and just see...sometimes the most oddest word/name or sentence will pop into your mind that you will think is utter nuts yet it will make perfect sense to them...just say anything and everything that you get & just see...also my personal advice is don't atempt to 'read' the cards..rather 'listen' to them instead...try and view it as a picture book story, what are the cards telling you, how does the 'next' card relate to the card you're viewing ect

I'm sure you'll do well, just let yourself 'go':)

Love
Amy

Good luck with your reading Jos, you'll do great!
I'm sure this will simply be the start of many more, Tarot is just so darn addictive 🙂

Have fun,
