Now you have me,Moscarella! 😮 I am no reader but hubby used to say he used the playing cards as a tool while he received the messages he gave to the enquirer.
Do you believe in 'tea leaf'reading? 🙂

Hi, I have seen some pretty good readings from tea leaves and in the hands of a good reader these can be quite useful but only in a general way. The 52 card method is largely forgotten and the complete system almost impossible to obtain, but for precision, unbeatable.

From my view, and I am getting on now! It is a great shame that there is nobody to carry the art forward. I suppose that the example I gave you is the reason, the tremendous psychological pressures on both the enquirer and the reader do not fit well with todays views of matters.

To be completely honest in readings and call the cards as they fall can cause tremendous damage, and in some cases turn into self-fulfilling prophecies.

You Husband may also have used the modern double ended court pack for readings, which is a great obstacle in readings, my own packs (I have several), are from the 1800's and are single ended courts, no numbers and a different layout in the "pips" than modern cards.

Regards

My mother in law was the 'tea leaf' reader and taught my husband all he knew. She could also lift stationary objects through concentration of the mind.
Fantastic lady!

Hi, From what you say, it would seem that your Husband had the gift and simply lacked the knowledge which would have enabled him to go far. I suppose that it is only possible to pass on what you know, or want to pass on, and I am pretty certain that your mother in law has more knowledge than she passed on, I don't however, know why!

I have seen this happen more than once when someone marries an "outsider" and as you do not seem to be Rom yourself, this may have been the reason. Your Husband seems to have done pretty well anyway!

Regards

I think he never took it any further because he did not like having the gift of mediumship,he thought it more of a curse than a gift.
But he always told me before he passed,he would be in touch and he has kept that promise.
The medium who gave me his messages was astounded that hubby came through so quickly after death.
By the way, meant to ask you before, what is Sinti? Forgive my ignorance.
