I had a reading with someone who came highly recommended. With people I know she has been spot on but now a friend who came with me and was given a fantastic reading at the same time has been told that this persons readings are about a year out!! Is that possible? Has anyone ever heard of this? I had a year in advance done and have been picking up the odd thing but I wonder if I am just clutching at straws looking for things that fit. She got quite cross with my friend because she would not take seriously what she was saying for her and said 'I can't possibly change what I'm seeing it's there in the cards'.

She has been right with other people with break ups, illnesses, winning money, moving, it goes on and on but they all said it happened but about a year later.

Is it possible that if you have nothing specific going on in your life it jumps on until there is something?

I should add that I have something major coming up in my life later in July and out of the 2 readings I have had recently nothing at all has been mentioned about it. Surely it will not be postponed for a year. Please God I need it over and done with!!!

I've had a huge number of readings over the years and it is my opinion that different readers tune into different 'levels'... Most, I'd say, are tuning into fairly 'local news'. Occasionally a real master (or mistress!) can see further...

It's my belief that nothing is written in stone, that we have free will at all times. Given this, the best any reader can do is point out probabilities or potentials - not certainties. To give timings of events must be tricky as, although it may be likely that a person will eventually do certain things, the time these things will occur is very much down to the person concerned as well as outside influences.

I believe that readings can sometimes do more harm than good as they often present a possibility as a certainty and the person then just waits for the thing to happen (rather than taking action to make it happen). Or a person may be told they are going to follow a particular path and then feel that they 'should' follow this path. This all rather colours a person's natural decision making process. In my opinion, the best readings are those that help a person recognise their potentials, or provide insights into a situation rather than trying to suggest that certain things will/should happen.

My view is that you should put to one side whatever was said in the reading (I'm not suggesting it should be rejected though) and follow your own knowing and normal processes. Good luck! 🙂
