I don't want to offend anyone....this is one of things that is quite sensitive and perhaps frowned upon by many.
However, a friend of mine likes doing these and I joined in for the first time recently. I'm very sceptical....but intrigued too.
Any experiences out there that can be shared?

I have a theory about Ouigi boards, some may think it's a silly one, but I do believe it.
I think that manufactured boards come with a spirit attached. I picture the Ouigi manufacturing plant, and I imagine all the shady spirits just waiting to 'hop onboard'. My experiences with name brand boards lend me this idea, as I've rarely had anything but spirit teasing as a result. So, my solution is to make my own spirit board, and with love & peace I call upon a spirit. Works for me 😉
How did your first experience go? Any interesting news?

Ihaven't done a Ouija Board for years, when I was a young teen i did used to do them quite often but the whole thing doesn't apeal to me these days & I would advise people who use them to be cautious and treat them with respect..after all, would you pick up the telephone & dail any number to start a chat with a stranger then invite them into your house....[&:]
I agree with killchar in that you are more likely to pick up 'lower' type spirits, although if your friend knows what he/she is doing then fine...they can be (IMHO) a little addictive too though, so take care. I don't have anything against them at all, a lot of people have a go of them at some stage im their lives

Thanks. We were respectful, although because I felt uncomfortable I did giggle. Not ideal I know. I just happen to do that when I feel nervous.
There were four of us doing it, all the other 3 were 'experienced' and wanted to do it.
The glass (on a couple of occasions) moved fast in a circular movement before heading to a letter. If it was being forced, then it must have been forced by two or even or three of the others.
My friend had made her own letters/numbers and had just cut them out from paper. It seemed that one glass in particular was a little more fiesty than the others.
I'm interested to do it again, but perhaps with other people....as much as I want to believe the glass was wasn't manipulated I understand how inner conscious can influence actions without intention.
