My daughter believes she has a spirit following her, and its not a nice one.
Wherever she has lived there has always been some sort of activity, making her believe thats its with her rather than the property.
Can you tell me why
and how can she cleanse to see if she can get rid of this, or person.:D

It could be that she is just very sensitive and is aware of activity everywhere . But why not contact a local medium for help? There are sure to be several in her area. Or she could contact a local spiritualist church for help and advice.
I would strongly advise against trying to contact it with a ouija board tho. I am not anti ouija boards - but my intuition is telling me that would be a bad idea in this case.

I recommend getting in touch with a shamanic practitioner, who should be able to find out what is going on, and deal with it.

Sure. But a medium may be able to contact the spirit if it is a ghost. Suppose it's not. Suppose it is some other kind of spirit? I only advise shamanism because it works.
