Thank you for the analysis of 'toilet' dreams Sue! That's really helpful;) I have never come across toilets in 'dream' books as such, and it would make sense now, as to why these particular dreams are re-ocurring. I can also understand now why they stopped for a while.

i used to have a recurring dream, which at first was a nightmare but i actually started to find it comedic as i got older. i would be in a tunnel filled with people and cars and then a huge gorilla would come and pick me up then eat me..it had a sort of godzilla type theme... haven't had it in about 4 years ..i only have about 1 dream every couple of months is that normal?
I have had a recurring dream about a runaway bus on and off over the years.
I'm on a bus and something happens to the driver (this can be different in each recurrence) and suddenly the bus becomes a runaway, usually it ends up going very, very fast down a hill when suddenly it will topple over and over and over.
It's not a very pleasant dream and I always wake up in a real panic and sweat.
I think its interesting to say that we all dream every night, we only happen to remember the dream we were having when we wake up! So, if one is not having a dream when one awakens then the presumption will be that no dreams have taken place!
I have a reoccurring dream that I pack up everything and move to a state where I lived many years ago and didnt even like....I actually bought a book about dreams to see what it means....it said that I like to avoid confrontation and do not like to come face to face with my problems......that actually makes sense....
