I haven't posted for sometime, but last night had the most horrid nightmare, I could put it down to many things, stress, wearing foot detox patches, but I had only been slepping for 2 hours when I woke up in absolute fear.
I am a reiki practitioner, and have been told I am psychic, but have never been able to connect to the spirt world before - I guess it's not my time.
Anyway, last night I was dreaming that I was being attacked by evil spirits that I couldn't see, they were chasing me, binding my hands and generally terrorising me. In my dream I snapped a pencil (???) which made them go away, and I was screaming for them to go away in love and bright light....
anyone any ideas??
This really scared me and I had to turn all the lights on and sleep with the door open..

One could argue that you're being tormented by something at the moment and feel like your hands are 'tied'. I have evil spirit 'dreams' lot. They're EXTREMELY frightening and it's like I know they're NOT dreams. Mine involve flying, chasing, being chased and fighting to the death. I was told by a psychic that they are in fact OBEs. Perhaps that's what you're having too?

I am stuggling with things, so maybe that is the case.
I have bought some floridite and am keeping it by my bed - to protect me from spirits, so hopefully that will work.

A good meditation I have found is called Riversmooth.
You spend some time tracking your aura for disturbances and getting it become smooth like flowing water all over.
Very relaxing and keeps parasites away.
