bad dream

ill explain a bit first. my husband died 2 yrs ago.he was a bully to me for yrs. my grandchildren ,dont know he hit me. i stopped having bad dreams about him 12 months ago. im happy with my life now. my dream is i was stood in the kitchen washing the pots,i heard him come in the front door.i started crying.i was really scared.i wiped my face very quick.so he couldnt see i was crying.. he kicked the door open.said weres the dog[this was a dog i gave away yrs ago.]i said its dead.he said good. then we were in the living room. my 2 grandtrs were sat there. he clenched both his fists.gave me really angry look.. i was scared.i started crying. i said dont hit me in front of the children. then i woke up scared..i couldnt get back to sleep what triggered the dream off any help please. thanks kath
