Wow, thanks for this thread. I'm a Capricorn and have really struggled being totally OTT with my emotions recently, and this gives me a little reassurance that "its not just me". 🙂

I think this could be down to Saturn in Libra squaring your Cappy Suns, the timeframe on this will depend on what degree your Sun is of Capricorn...if you go to www.astro.com you can do free birth chart and other free charts incl transit charts and reports....that'd give some idea of timeframe.
Also Pluto is in Capricorn so possibly conjunct your Sun but it is a Very Slow mover...
