I found on the web that 90% of soya is gm .I think apart from buying organic probably all of fruit+ veg are genetically modified.
Many european countries have completly banned it(web research)

probably the only food that isnt messed about with are wild sea fish.

I've written to both Sainsbury and Tesco about GM products and their guidelines are quite clear and open and, it is possible to know which of their products contain GM material. Therefore I suggest that others write to their supermarkets because the more the public makes it clear they don't want GM, the longer it will stay out of our food.

However, it's not just our food that contains GM material. Most of the world's cotton is GM.

There's also the 'non-obvious' GM to worry about as well (if you are worried that is!) such as vegetarian cheese (the non-animal rennet is from a GM bacterium), the 'glue' that sticks most lids to yogurt pots etc is from a GM source, many fermented products involve the use of GM enhanced yeasts and lactobacilli - the list goes on......
