It's my favourite way to spend £3.50, once a week in our village hall - I'm one of the youngest (55!) and those who don't want to be too energetic stay at the back! It's brilliant fun!
I would love to go to a local class, but the majority are during the day, whilst the evening classes in the area are really, really full and one group had to move away from their venue as 'they moved the floor'!!! Think of the energy that took to do that!
Happy dancing

Hi Fudge,
Yes, I am able to go during the day (dependant on my work load) and there are usually 20+ squeezed into our village hall! They have to use an iPod as cd's just jump all the time!
The evening classes at the sports hall have over 150 people attending - not bad for a small rural market town!
I agree with Jabba, fantastic good value 🙂
How did you get on yesterday evening coffeemesister?
Hey everyone,
Well....I went to Zumba last night, and the verdict is.....we had a great time! I definately agree with gaiaholistix, you certainly do need lots of water and a towel, the music was great, made it feel more like fun rather than exercise. I would recommend definately!
If I could give any extra advice it would be to make sure you have enough space around you so you don't bang into people, I noticed a couple of people doing this in our class. Can't wait until next week now! Thanks for all your advice peeps 🙂
Lots of my clients recently have been telling me about how great Zumba is and everyone I've spoken to have said they love it. Got Zumba for the Xbox Kinect and I'm really enjoying that. I think there is a class nearby just starting up too so might have to check that out.
