when did u take the pregnancy test.??
when are you due your period. im not a doctor or a nurse but if u are due your period u might be just sensetive beacause of that and because you are off the pill.

Coming off the pill can lead to some quite spectacular 'speed wobbles'. It can take several months for things to get back to normal. Taking morning-after pill in the midst of this throws more confusion into the hormone mix.

Much depends on when you came off the pill, and where you are in your cycle.

Worth repeating the pregnancy test or get GP surgery to confirm the result.

I'd agree that you should perhaps repeat your pregnancy test as soon as possible and if you have any further concerns make an appointment to see your GP or a nurse at your surgery 🙂

Hormonal imbalance? Take another pregnancy test just to rule that out. If it is negative, your hormones might be out of balance.

also the morning after pill works as it makes ur body think ur already pregnant so it cant get pregnant...(obviously in a more biological way than that) but in essence thats what happens so u may feel the symptoms for a few days till ur body gets back to normal again

Hiya, im a healthy 20 year old and have been on the same type of contraceptive pill for 5 years. This week i started gettin really sore breasts and its worrying as ive never experienced this before. I was putting it down to hormones as my period is due in about 5 days, although i should have at least experienced this once? They are sometimes unbearable to touch and put up with, then sometimes its not so bad. They have been like this for about a week now, and no sign of dissapearing yet, any ideas?

I have had that in the last few months, Wee Adele, and it had never happened to me before. I have started taking 1g Evening Primrose Oil every day and it has helped.
However, if you think you might be pregnant (the pill is not 100% effective apparently...), do take a test!
