I'm 46 and been sterilised and my periods are ushally reg with in few days but this month I'm getting some aching but no period. I'm around 2 weeks late is this how the menopause starts ?
Different ways for different women. Your GP can test to see if you are menopausal - and can check to see if it's anything else.

You can try to test AMH (Anti Mullerian Hormone) Level so you can predict menopause timing or you can try some herbal such as vitex, red clover or maca that help to balance hormone and help you through your menopause
