I had my coil removed on march the 6th 2012. Bled for 5 days, the day after removal. Since then i have not had a period. Been having unprotected sex with my partner. Done 2 pregnancy tests but they were both negative. Feeling bloated, sore ovaries and very hormonal. Is this normal, and will i be able to conceive.

I would suggest that as the coil has artificial hormones, your body is just re-adjusting. It's quite soon yet to be expecting to get a positive reaction. Just relax and give it a month or two and see what happens.
Are you taking pre-pregnancy supplements? - please do, especially the folic acid. Make sure you avoid as much sugar, sweetened and processed foods including white flour and rice which cause you blood sugar levels to go all over the place and will have a knock-on effect on your hormones. I would agree with Caroline. Hrmonal contraceptives can make one's system go haywire for a while when one stops taking them/having hormonal devices removed. Your system is getting itself back to normal.
A good diet is essential to help you conceive and to give your future baby the best start in life. It also helps with post-natal depression.

Hi all. My understanding is that when the coil is removed you should return to normal fertility pretty quickly? Have you had any luck yet say4kids? I hope you have. I have just had the coil fitted in the past few days. It's knocked me about a bit but I am really pleased with it so far. X
