Smelly Ador from Ears

I have a really bad sweaty smell that comes from behind my ears all the time especially the top end behind my ears and the bottom points. This is the first time ever in my life I have noticied it!

Also, at times I like to clean out my belly button from well what I call goo built up dirt. What is this stuff and how does it get there? I know it doesnt sound too good sorry!

I need something for my ears to prevent this bad smell. I'm a single man but if i had a wife chewing my ears she wouldnt be too pleased with my ears!
