Hi I'm a new to this site and find it very interesting on helping me with my college work - Beauty Therapy and Aromatherapy 😮
Can anyone help I have a friend at work who is 34 and has asked me what to do about her breakouts on her face. (I have asked her permission to post this).
She eats very healthy (fruit, salad, nuts, fish but will have healthy ready meals for tea), drinks the daily amount of water advised and fruit teas. She also excerises everyday!!! [sm=crazyjacky_seilchensmiley1.gif]
She uses dermologica or clairns products!! Cleansers, toners and moisturisers. She will have facials occasionally too!!
Can anyone help??:D
RE: Breakouts on face
Does she eat peppers, garlic and onions? I've known people to break out in response to these.

RE: Breakouts on face
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly 🙂
She hasn't put them on her list of foods but she will probably have onion if she's having salad and peppers or garlic may be in the ready meals as she likes Massalla or Thai curry!!!
Thanks:D
RE: Breakouts on face
I would advise her to consider changing the products she uses, as in my experience many of the so called dermatologically tested, hypo allergenic whatever you want to call them products still cause problems for those with sensitive skin. I used to have similar problems to what you are describing, and then I discovered some wonderful products made by Lush, mamely Aqua Marina face wash, which is made with calamine lotion, and Celestial moisturiser. My skin has never looked or felt so good.
