Hello all 🙂
I'm a few days overdue with my first baby and I saw someone else suggest reflexology in another thread.
I don't have one of those big balls and I'm also not sure what else can be done, as I'm not sure what reflexology actually is.
Sorry if this seems a stupid question, but it's better to ask then to sit here not knowing, hehe.
