ok, so for the past year[ish] i've had about 8 kidney infections, which obviously are unpleasent and don't always respond to anti-biotics.
i guessi want to know if anyone has any advice on how to prevent me from getting so many, or any natural ways to flush things through.

i've had a few scans and stuff done which show nothing more than residual scar tissue.

RE: re-current kidney infections

Hi there

I used to get kidney infections, and stones when I was younger, ( not an experience I would want to repeat!). I was told that I didn't drink enough fluid, and that was the cause. I now drink lots of water and cranberry juice, and I have never had any trouble since.

Hope this helps.:D

With love
Jacquie

RE: re-current kidney infections

thank you,
it probably is lack of fluid in my case as i go through phases of barely drinking anything [now being one of them]
i'm not over keen on cranberry juice but i might just learn to like it, seeing as it's helped you.

You're welcome.:D I dilute the cranberry juice down with water, it doesn't taste quite as strong. I think most important though, is to just drink lots of water.

You can get cranberry in tablet form.

Cranberry juice stops bacteria sticking to the bladder wall so its brilliant for cystitis.
