need advice my mom fell over on her back and they took there to hospital where they x ray told her to restfor 6 weeks but her back lower area was still tender they did more tests and more xrays and theres a lump on her left kidney and she as got to go for more tests does any 1 know what it could be would be greatfull for the advice [:o][sm=sad2.gif]

There could be a number of things from including cysts....which is probably most likely...

You can't tell an awful lot from an x-ray. Just a difference in density in tissues. They have described it as lump rather than thinking it's a stone purely by it's location in the kidney. [&:]
TigerBee may well have hit nail on the head with the educated guess of a cyst, but this one you'll need to wait for the test results. [sm=sad2.gif]
