Hi guys, for the last 2-2 and half years i've had a constant clicking in my ears which feels like i'm doing it deliberatley, but i really hate the clicking noise in my ears.
someone said i should touch the roof of my mouth and it contracts with the clicking in my ears at the same time it could be palatal myoclonus.
anyone know of anyone with this and how the cope with it?
