I am a Cauda Equina Syndrome sufferer, 30 years old and left with a partial numb bum and genitals. CES in my case is a result of 2 herniated discs which were misdiagnosed by my GP. It is 15 months ago and the recovery of the nerve damage seems to have come to a bit of a stand still. I take Soya Lecithin, Magnesium and Vit. B6 and started to have acupuncture treatments just a few weeks ago. Is there anyone who has got experience with CES and can offer me advise? thanks!
