I've just received a spam email advertising a 'Penis Enlargment patch'. What the hell is one of them????

That's a new one, I've not heard of a patch before. [&:]
There was a program on Ch.4 (or was it Ch.5) last year, one of those latenight ones, that you have to watch for the sheer "I can't believe they've made a program about this" factor.In the program they tested 3 penis enlarging methods.One was a pump, the second was a type of "stretching" frame and the other was a cream. The men testing these were measured before and after and the only one that seemed to have any effect, surprisingly, was the cream. Perhaps the patch has similar ingredients.
At the end of the day, I wouldn't bother wasting my money on such things.

It is flesh coloured, and has the words 'I am using a penis enlargement patch.' along it. You put it on your forehead before going into the disco.

The Patch is 4" 'thick'.

as far as i know, only surgery can increase the size of penis and for only 1-1,5 inches. a technique called jelqing has been reported by some guys to work, however this technique may have some undesirable side effects.
