hey,
I have a small hard lump on my right testical. When I touch it, it feels like im pushing glass into my testical. Its nearly the same feeling when you walk on the ground with a small shard of glass in your foot.
I did have surgery a few months ago in that area.
Any ideas?

You should go and see your Dr for a diagnosis.

Yup, straight back to doctor!!
Might just be an undissolved suture causing inflammation - but best get it checked - no one can be sure without a look see and it might need something doing about it :(.
