A friend of mine, only 23, suffered a double open fracture on his lower leg during a game of football back in january. A rod was inserted and he was told that he should be able to get back to walking and working after about 3 months, however he is due to go back into hospital next week to have the rod replaced due to the one already inserted in his leg not promoting any growth of the bone.

He is now in a state of desperation. Does anyone know of any thing he can take or do or therapies he can try that will help him recover and promote the bone growth in that leg as he can't even work at the moment.

Any suggestions are welcomed!

RE: Lower leg rod insert operation

Hi Vicky,
Can I suggest homoeopathic remedies - symphytum 30c if the fracture around the rod hasn't healed & calc-sulph 30c to follow. Please pm me for specific details as to how to obtain & take them. Hope this helps but it is probably advisable to consult a registered homoeopath in your area if you want to consider this avenue. Good luck to your friend!
